Meditation schedule for VFF community

Our intention is to come together regularly to collectively cultivate healing, growth and connection.
All classes koha, keeping in mind venue may need to be paid for hireage. 
All sessions begin from Monday 11th April except for Tuesday 12pm session which begins 26th April. 

Monday
6.30 – 7.30pm – Guided meditation and energy work such as visualisation and light work .

Tuesday
12 – 1pm Meditation – meditation techniques to cultivate tranquility and stability of mind (begins 26th April) Suze at Hot Yoga Fusion, upstairs in Spencer Mall, Wanaka
6 – 7pm Crystal Singing Bowls Meditation – healing energy of sound

Wednesday
9 – 10am – Yin meditation – Long hold yoga poses focusing on breathing into the experience.

10 – 11.15am – Guided meditation and energy work such as visualisation and light work

6.15 – 7.45pm  – Yin Yoga and Meditation. A functional style of yoga, the floor based postures specifically encourage mobility and flexibility and nourish into your joints, spine and connective tissues of your whole body as well as increasing your overall sense of well-being.
